Oh happy day! Oh springtime day! Today is the day I switched from hot cocoas to blended cremes for my weekly indulgence.
Most authors make unsupported claims from time to time. That's fine, no one has time to fact check everything, and no one wants to read a 500 word article with 50 citations (although I usually like one or two). However, some claims just call out for citations. I came across an example today:
When choosing colors, always keep your target buyers in mind. If they’ll be wealthy and highly educated, you’ll want to use complex muted colors in your interior paint scheme. If your buyers will be less educated and in lower income brackets, concentrate on primary or pastel colors. On the one hand, I would not be too surprise if fashions in colors, like any other fashion, vary with socioeconomic class. On the other hand, I would expect such variance to be based in popular styles and fashions, not fixed.
